Erythritol

Erythritol is a natural sugar alcohol found in plants as well as many fruits & vegetables! It’s considered a non-nutritive sweetener which delivers the sweetness of sugar without any of the downfalls, much like it’s closely related comparative, xylitol.

Erythritol, however, is considered much safer to our bodies than xylitol as well as having zero effect on blood sugar levels (xylitol still produces a slight raise) & in addition harbours less of the aftertaste related to sugar-free sweeteners.
