Please be notified of Roasted & Raw’s updated Product Returns Policy:
- Customers are required to present a copy of the invoice with the returned product(s). Returned product shall not be accepted if an invoice does not accompany the product.
- Customers are required to present the returned product in its original packaging and original condition. Returned product shall not be accepted if either of these conditions are not adhered to.
- No return product shall be accepted if it has been altered in any way.
- Returned products shall not be accepted by Roasted & Raw if 5 working days have surpassed since the day of delivery/collection from the Roasted & Raw facility.
- Only defective products may be returned to Roasted & Raw due to the following food safety or quality issues:
- The product packaging was not sealed adequately
- Foreign objects are present within the product
- The product was not labelled accurately
- The safety of the product was compromised during manufacturing
- The quality of product is not acceptable
- The cost of returning the product will be at the expense of the customer.
Please note, Roasted & Raw shall not accept returned stock that is incorrectly ordered by the customer.
Roasted & Raw reserves the right to refer returned products for technical assessment by the manufacturer.
